Questions about Comfort Max insoles

What size should I buy?

Choose the EU range that includes your shoe size: if you wear EU 42, choose 41–42. Sizing is unisex. “Size chart”, next to the sizes, shows the Canada/US sizes printed on the box. Check the fit before you trim.

Should I remove the original insole?

Yes, if it lifts out easily; put Comfort Max in its place, black fabric up. Don’t force out a glued-in insole: use Comfort Max on top only if nothing pinches.

Can I trim Comfort Max to fit?

Yes, at the toe, but only if it’s too long. Try it in your shoes first, then line up the heels with your old insole and trim a little at a time. Keep the heel and arch intact.

Which shoes do Comfort Max insoles fit?

Sneakers, athletic shoes, work boots and casual shoes with room inside, ideally with a removable insole. With Comfort Max in, your toes should move freely. Snug dress shoes and loafers usually don’t have the room.

Will they help with smelly shoes?

Yes, they help: the black top has an anti-odour treatment and absorbs sweat, and hexagon openings let air through. If odour persists, ask a pharmacist.

Are Comfort Max orthotics?

No. They’re comfort insoles, not orthotics or a treatment for plantar fasciitis, flat feet or other diagnosed conditions. If pain persists or worsens, see a healthcare professional. With diabetes or poor circulation, ask a podiatrist first.
