Is DrySpell waterproof?
No, it's water-repellent, not waterproof. Water beads and rolls off treated surfaces, but seams and openings can still let water in.
Will DrySpell darken suede?
It may, so test it first. Spray a hidden spot, let it dry fully, then check the colour. Suede looks darker while wet, so judge it only when dry.
How long does DrySpell take to dry?
About 30 minutes. Let the item dry fully before you wear it.
How often should I re-spray DrySpell?
Re-spray when water stops beading on the surface. Check with a few drops of water before a wet day, and re-spray after every deep clean.
What can I use DrySpell on?
Smooth leather, suede, nubuck, canvas and textiles, on shoes, jackets and bags. It isn't for patent leather or metallic finishes. Test a hidden spot first.
