Which size should I choose?

Use the EU/US switch or size chart to find your size. Each pair covers two EU sizes; for example, EU 42 uses 41–42.

Which side faces up?

The green fabric faces your foot. The white hexagonal base sits against the inside of your shoe.

Do they add cushioning?

Yes. The cushioned base adds comfort underfoot, and an extra pad in the heel cup helps soften impact.

Can I trim them to fit?

Yes. Each pair covers two EU sizes, so trimming may not be needed. You can trim the insoles for a closer fit.

Which shoes do they fit?

They are full-length insoles designed to fit most shoes. The insole should sit flat, with enough room for your foot to feel comfortable.
