Questions about Walk On Air insoles

What size Walk On Air insoles do I need?

Choose the EU range that includes your shoe size. The box’s chart gives Canada/US sizes: 41–42 is women’s 11–12 or men’s 8–9. EU 35 isn’t listed. Brands vary, so check your shoe’s label. See the size guide.

Will they fit my shoes?

Most shoes with a removable insole and a little room. Take the shoe’s insole out and put Walk On Air in its place, matching R and L; don’t stack insoles. They aren’t made for slim dress shoes or loafers.

Are they firm or soft?

Supportive rather than soft: the moulded arch feels like a gentle massage from the first step, and gel pads cushion the heel and forefoot. They shouldn’t hurt; if you feel pressure or pain, take them out and check the fit.

Gel or foam: what’s inside?

Both: a full-length green foam layer with blue gel pads at the heel and forefoot and a black moulded arch shell, topped with black fabric.

Are gel insoles good for standing all day?

Cushioning helps on hard floors: the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety advises a shock-absorbing, cushioned insole for metal or cement floors. Walk On Air has heel and forefoot gel. Insoles aren’t a treatment for foot pain.

Are Walk On Air insoles orthotics?

No. They’re comfort insoles with gel cushioning and arch support, not orthotics or a treatment for any foot condition. See a healthcare professional if pain persists, and before using any insert if you have diabetes or circulation problems.

CAFFREY Walk On Air are premium arch support insoles for long days on your feet. Blue gel pads cushion the heel and forefoot; a moulded shell supports the arch and cups the heel. Fit them black fabric up in place of your shoe’s insole. One pair, six two-size EU ranges.
