How do I choose my size?

Arpeggio comes in EU sizes 36–46. Use the size marked on your shoes and the size chart. Canada/US conversions are approximate.

Which shoes suit Arpeggio?

Dress shoes, office shoes and other closed footwear with room for a full-length support insole. Check that your heel stays secure and your toes have enough space.

Should I remove the existing insole?

If your shoe’s insole lifts out easily, replace it with Arpeggio. If it is fixed in place, check that your shoe has enough room for both.

What support does Arpeggio provide?

Arpeggio combines a contoured arch shell, a raised metatarsal pad and heel cushioning. It is a ready-made support insole available by size.

Do Arpeggio insoles help with plantar fasciitis and flat feet?

Yes. The contoured arch shell, raised metatarsal pad and heel cushion support the arch, forefoot and heel. Ready-made, not custom-moulded.

Is the top leather or fleece?

The surface is soft sheepskin leather with fine perforations.
