My wife wanted some additional support for her flat shoes and these work perfectly. There was no trimming necessary as the insoles fit her shoes. They are very comfortable to wear and lessen the impacts of walking. She typically wears prescription orthotics, but found these work just as well for support and comfort, and also for keeping your feet cooler. They are priced at what most insoles cost but are more comfortable than some of those other brands. These are highly recommended for anyone looking for insoles that provide additional comfort and stability.

I've got several Caffrey insoles, each offering different benefits.This one is probably the most squishy of the bunch, but it offers very little as far as extra features.The arch support is decent, but won't work well if you need deep arch support.The honeycomb pattern is made from a very soft material, and I would imagine the pattern helps with breathability. Foot sweat isn't usually a problem for me, so I can't say whether these are more breathable compared to my other insoles, but it should help.As with most insoles, this does allow you to trim a little to get a good fit, but double-check the sizing as the manufacturer doesn't list it in the traditional US sizing standard.At the time of this review, this insole is $35, which is more than most that I've used. But if you're looking for all-day comfort and don't have any foot issues that require a more specialized insole, this is worth having a look at.

These inserts are comfortable and easy to use, though cutting them required a patient hand. I would recommend using scissors s opposed to an exacto knife, in my opinion. They did a good job of wicking the sweat away and limiting the odour. Lets be real, some people are more prone to odour than others and it also depends on how much outside water comes in as in my personal experience can create a less than habitable environment for clean smelling shoes. Overall these did a very good job of keeping odours at bay and they are comfortable too, as a big bonus!

They are thicker and give more support than typical insoles. The listing and other reviews say that they are for boots only, but I am using them in my loose-fitting Skecher runners and they are working perfectly for me.These are made with robust and sturdy materials, especially at the heel where solid plastic adds excellent support. It's a noticeable upgrade in foot stability and comfort during long periods of wear. Another feature that stands out is the inclusion of air vents. This addition is beneficial as it helps in reducing sweat, keeping my feet dry and comfortable even after hours of working.The price of these insoles is in line with similar heavy-support ones sold at drugstores. However these are better than the many others I have tried.
