You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Sale items, gift cards, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases can’t be returned.

Perishable goods and custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, are also excluded. Not sure about a specific item? Email info@caffrey.ca before you send it.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Your bank or card company may take extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@caffrey.ca.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and tell us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return the item you have, then place a new order for the one you want.

That’s the fastest way to get what you want: once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Choose the option that matches the size printed inside your shoe.

Most CAFFREY insoles are sold in EU sizes, and paired sizes such as 41–42 cover both. Only know your Canada/US size? Our Size Guide converts it and shows the matching option for each insole.

Only the trim-to-fit ones: Comfort Max, Odour Smart, Step Aid and Super Novae.

Trim the toe end a little at a time and check the fit in your shoe before cutting more. Returns need unused items in their original packaging, so confirm your size before you trim.

No. They’re approximate, so the size printed in your shoe is the best guide.

Our chart follows the EU to Canada/US table printed on CAFFREY insole boxes such as Odour Smart and Vital Step. Shoe brands size differently, so if you’re between sizes, email info@caffrey.ca before you order.

Brush or wipe off loose dirt, then work a leather cream or lotion in with a soft cloth.

REVIVE Delicate Cream cleans and conditions smooth leather in one step. REVIVE Leather Lotion conditions with mink oil and shea butter. Test a small hidden area first.

Use an instant shine cream or a shine sponge on clean, dry smooth leather.

Brilliance gives a no-buff shine with a sponge that stores in the lid. The Express Shine Sponge holds a 6 ml liquid reservoir for touch-ups. For a buffed finish, use REVIVE Wax Polish.

Use a cleaner made for suede and nubuck, let it air-dry, then brush the nap.

Spray Suede Cleaner & Conditioner evenly, work it in gently with a suede brush or microfibre cloth and let the item dry fully. Test a small hidden area first, and keep creams and wax polish made for smooth leather off suede.

Spray clean, dry shoes with a water and stain protector, then let it dry fully.

DrySpell (300 ml) and Pro-Shield (250 ml) help water bead on leather, suede, nubuck and fabric. Patch-test first and follow the directions on the can. A protector adds water resistance; it doesn’t make shoes waterproof.

Wipe off fresh marks early, and give them a deeper clean when dirt builds up.

Essential Wipes come 30 to a pack, individually wrapped, for everyday touch-ups. The Premium Shoe Cleaning Kit pairs a 120 ml cleaner with a brush and cloth. Ultra White covers scuffs on white leather and textile sneakers.

Put shoe trees in when you take your shoes off, so they rest in shape.
